Sample Document Checklist for Client for Marriage-Based, Concurrently Filed

Docs Need From Both (เอกสารที่ต้องการจากทั้งคู่):

1. Marriage Certificate (สำเนาทะเบียนสมรส)

2. Proof of termination of all prior marriages (if one or both of you has ever been married)

Docs Need From U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Petitioner (เอกสารจากสปอนเซอร์):

1. A copy of Birth Certificate and/or U.S. passport, if born in the US

Docs Need From Alien Beneficiary: (เอกสารจากผู้สมัครขอกรีนการ์ด)

1. A copy of Birth Certificate for the Foreign National Beneficiary (This must be the “long-form” birth certificate that lists parents’ names) along with English certified translation

4. A copy of visa in the beneficiary’s passport
